The rights to translate the Scripts into the Licensed Language, to edit, shorten and amend the translated scripts, to record them as podcasts, to save them, to make them available to the public (§ 19a UrhG/German Copyright Act), and to market and advertise the podcast via the internet, social media and comparable platforms.

The right to use the Content For Social Media to create Licensee’s own social media content to advertise the respective episodes of the podcast via the internet, social media and comparable platforms.

The right to include the Licensed Music in the respective podcast and to save them and to make such podcast available to the public (§ 19a UrhG/German Copyright Act), market and advertise the podcast via the internet, social media and comparable platforms.

The right to use the Cover Template as template for Licensee’s own cover, to edit the Cover Template and to save them and to make such edited cover of Licensee available to the public (§ 19a UrhG/German Copyright Act) for the purpose of marketing, advertising and promotion of Licensor’s Podcast via the internet, social media and comparable platforms
