The rights to translate the Scripts into the Licensed Language, to edit, shorten and amend the translated scripts, to record them as podcasts, to save them, to make them available to the public (§ 19a UrhG/German Copyright Act), and to market and advertise the podcast via the internet, social media and comparable platforms.

The right to use the Cover Template as template for Licensee’s own cover, to edit the Cover Template and to save them and to make such edited cover of Licensee available to the public (§ 19a UrhG/German Copyright Act) for the purpose of marketing, advertising and promotion of Licensor’s Podcast via the internet, social media and comparable platforms

The right to translate the text underlying the Original Sounds in the Licensed language, to underlay the Original Sounds with audio recordings of such translated texts, to include the Original Sounds with or without audio recordings of such translated texts in the respective podcast episodes, to save them, to make such podcast available to the public (§ 19a UrhG/German Copyright Act) and to market and advertise such podcast via the internet, social media and comparable platforms.
